Video Projects

For most of my life, I've found myself fascinated with the filmmaking process - as a child, I would often make small videos with my Legos for fun, and my friends and I made a number of short videos together in high school. As you can probably expect, you won't find those videos on this website, but you will find samples of my more recent work below. I often find myself doing a little bit of everything, but my particular interests lie in sound design, writing, and editing.

Joint Jack Dystrophile Guide Compilation

A compilation of short videos filmed and edited by me that were posted to the Joint Jack Company's Instagram during November 2023 as part of RSD Awareness Month. These videos give demonstrations and answer common questions about the Dystrophile, one of their products used to treat RSD.

How to Make a Quesadilla

A comedic short film that shows the viewer the ins and outs of making a quesadilla, albeit ineffectively. Compared to my other projects, this one was more focused on editing and general post-production compared to other aspects of its creation.

Ghost Light Sound Mix

A scene for which I was given the video and raw, unmodified dialogue recording, then tasked with adding and mixing sound appropriately to make a finished product.

Assassins

A short film written, directed, and edited by me about an intense competition with two players duking it out for victory. This was made while the COVID-19 pandemic was still in full effect.

Joint Jack Dystrophile Demo

A short promotional video edited by me and posted to the Joint Jack Company's Instagram. This video demonstrates the use and features of the Dystrophile. Two versions were made - an over-one-minute version (below) and an under-one-minute version (linked in the description of the video below).
